Service Provider Application

As an addendum to the rules of national licensing or the needs of any governing body, BiTrans, (herein referred to as “the COMPANY”) may perform a background check on me. I declare that I have personally read, understood, and accomplished my driver application truthfully and that the COMPANY has the right to revoke the registration of any biker who has not satisfactorily met the credit and community investigation criteria required or has failed to abide by the COMPANY’s policies, rules and regulations. I understand that the COMPANY may share any information to any regulatory government agency or crime-prevention entity. I agree to and will abide with all the policies, rules and regulations of the COMPANY. I agree to be responsible for any form of tax or commission which may be charged by the government, and may be deducted from any monetary compensation that I will receive. I understand that my personal information may be shared to other third party service providers, business partners, and affiliated companies, or with the authorities for legal purposes.
